Hi Friends.

Thanks for stopping by our corner of sunshine.

Good & Happy was created by family &friends who believed in its vision of bringing joy to our community, creating something cool in our small town, supporting our local fruit stands, &creating a place people love working at. People who believe in being the good &seeing the happy made this little ice cream cart happen.

Ice Cream is simple. Not Complicated. It’s happy. It’s one of the great equalizers. Something 89.97% of people can agree on.

Good & Happys founder tells the really good humans in her life that they deserve “All things Good & Happy.” When the cart venture started, with the mission of brightening others’ day, Good & Happy was just what it had to be called.

Our founder had her first taste of real fruit ice cream in 2017 in Portland, OR. She lucked out &worked the first season of the Beaux Berry cart at the St. Johns Food Pod. She says it was everything she needed at that time in her life &she’ll always be grateful to the founders of Beaux Berry for what they provided for her that summer.

Few years later our founder was back living in Utah &was craving real fruit Ice Cream &that magic of a summer day at the St. Johns Food Pod. That’s when Good & Happy was born.

She convinced her dad (&the rest of her fam) to help her transform a vintage trailer into an ice cream cart.

We knew we wanted to support the local famers &fruit stands &it seemed like a no-brainer to park the cart right on Utah’s historic Fruitway. Pauls Patch was the first fruit stand we called &Good & Happy opened in July of 2022 &well….

Now we’re making history.
